CANT FIND NOC Code

Hi my job title is warehouse floater and my Hr told me that it is a NOC B Profile and i cannot find a noc code with that position
So i just wanted to confirm

The point in finding the noc code is not comparing the title but the job duties. You can search other job title that may be on par with your job title.


Go to NOC website here and search for your titles. You can compare what roles the noc website has defined for each noc code.
If the duties and responsibilities of a noc code matches with your role at least by 70% , then you may have found your noc.

This would definitely be a NOC C or D role. It's not NOC B.

But my hr says its noc B job profile

IRCC will determine your NOC based on your job duties. Based on the job duties, this is very clearly not a NOC B job.

Your HR does not determine the skill level of your NOC. What they say or think doesn't matter. All that matters is how IRCC evaluates your job.

This job is quite clearly NOC 1521 which is skill level C.
