Can't find employer!

Hey everybody,

I just wanted to try and find any information in regards to gaining sponsorship employment as part of the Express Entry System. I have alerting been accepted to apply and my case is "Open".
My previous employer is no longer offering employees sponsorship, so I am now having to look elsewhere. I am using JobBank and contacting employers directly, but I am having no success of finding anyone who will sponsor. I am looking at several areas so as to keep my options open. I was just wondering if anyone had any helpful suggestions. I already have 310 points. I just need the employment sponsorship to get to the next stage.

Generally speaking. Employer sponsorships are offered only if employer has tried and failed to find a suitable candidate in Canada. Even in that case, mostly they're available only for those who're exceptional and employer really needs them.

If it was that easy to get employer sponsorship then almost everyone in EE would score 800+ points!

We all would wish that what you are asking for what easier. Suggestion: Get into workopolis.com and monster.ca, look for jobs that you best fit for them and apply with customized Resume and Introduction Letter.

My last employment was via sponsorship, I work in animal care and there isn't much experience in the area I have
Thanks for the suggestions though, I know its not easy, but Ive been registered since Jan 1st with the new EE and I was just hoping for some insight incase I was missing something. Guess I'll just keep my fingers crossed they drop the points to my level!! ;D
