Can't download TRV IMM5257 files

Dear All, I have been doing the TRV application online since yesterday, but can't download the Application for Visitor Visa (TRV) Made Outside of Cannada (IMM5257)file and Schedule 1-Application for Visitor Visa (TRV) Made Outside of Cannada (IMM5257)file. it always shows please wait...

I downloaded Adobe Reader, and it didn't help at all...

can you try using another browser or pc? also clear the browser history and cache. that might help.

You can downlead it through internet explorer other windows some times doesnt work!!!!
