cant check my status online....!!

hi all,

i just got my PER from CIO on 24th february 2012 and in the letter they said i can see my application status online on cic webpage, i tried using my UCI but its not working please advise how to check my status

Your PER would have included both a UCI and a File number beginning E or B
try using the file number instead of the UCI and see what happens

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:
Application Processing Times........etc.......


is this happening to all ....or only me....!!

yes i submeted my full documents on Dec.2010 to NVO and unable to know evenfor once since then.is ny once gues for me when i will know?

Good day. Exactly same with my case. But few second ago, I can log in to my ecas online.
Because after I received AOR letter from Singapore Visa Office, then I can't log in. But later I found out one thing. CIO CANADA use my full name in ecas. Singapore visa office only use LAST NAME ONLY in ecas. Your case also I hope same like me.
1) go to ecas and when you key in your name, pls only type last name only. Then fill in the rest and key in. I hope useful . Gd luck.
