My boyfriend has lived in Canada previously on a student working visa 2009/2010, he cannot apply trough the IEC website and has been told he cannot apply online.
We contacted IEC head office in London but the person on the phone was not very helpful, she just said he would need to send his application directly to London, and emailed him a link that bring us to the CIC website with all the forms attached.
There is also an option to apply online through CIC, so he has done that and uploaded all the relevant documnets but they require an IEC acceptance letter, surely you only get that once he forms have been submitted?
