Can't apply for the Working Holiday Visa *HELP PLEASE*

I filled out the questionnaire, but didn't get to the results page, which was supposed to give me my personal reference number. I was immediately directed to the payment process for ETA (which was approved) and that's it. Afterwards, I created an account and was asked for the personal reference number.

Since I was desperate I did the whole process again, answering all the questions of the questionnaire and paid for the ETA (all while logged in). Again everything was approved, but still no results page, no checklist, no personal reference number. I tried to contact the immigration office, but I can't reach them via phone and they don't respond to my e-mails.

Since everyone's going through the application process so swiftly, I guess it's just a small thing I stumble over, but I really don't know what it could be.

I watched Youtube videos, where said results page popped open just after people had answered all the questions, but it just doesn't happen when I do it. Please help me!

So according the IEC twitter feed the 2020 IEC season does not open until December 9th when you can enter the pool depending which countries they release. An invitation to apply is a random process not first in first out as far as know.

Attention, first come first serve is no longer there. Now you are supposed to create an account. which you can do without paying anything. After that a raffle is done each week and selected number of people are invited to put down their application. And only then payment will happen. You will have only very limited time to send that application (15 or 30 days). if you do not manage, then somebody else will be invited until they run out of visas for that given year.

As you can see there is nowhere in that process a payment before the whole application is to be submitted (with all requested documents). And that was not the case even before (when the old system was there).

So what was described above sounds to me like a scam and a fake webpage pretending to be official website.
