I submitted a humanitarian compassionate claim through the IRCC portal and periodically logged in to check the status of my application everything worked fine. Now I’m looking to go in and check the status again because I received a medical request so I was wondering if my application was approved but now it tells me that it’s an incorrect email or password. However, I never changed either and I had my login email and password auto filled on my computer when I click on the forgot my password link, it tells me it’s going to send the code the code never comes.
