Can't access Ecas

It's been a week for me, too.

Tried file number and the system can't find it. When we enter with my brother's UCI (he's our sponsor), we can see his citzenship process but our sponsorship has disappeared ;/

I honestly don't know what's worse, not working or working and never changing lol

The worst is when it stops working 2-3 days after your spouse had an interview at the visa office. Ouch!

Same thing happened me and my husband 4 days after the interview it stopped working.

It looks like you have the wrong interview date in your profile timeline... unless you had one yourself in Canada.

I totally had it wrong lol thanks. Geez wish it was in January maybe he would have his visa by now.

Hi simb,

My husband was the one who had the interview. Before his interview we did a few mock interviews together just so he would get comfortable with being asked questions. He said that that helped alot.

The visa officer asked him questions that he thought they would asked so he wasn't to surprised. Towards the end of his interview another interview next door started up and it was difficult to hear his visa officer. Either then that it went very well. I have heard horror stories with interviews coming from our visa office. Some said their interview went great only to find out they got denied. So you never know what the outcome will be.

So we will continue waiting patiently.... doesn't help when ecas is not working! *shakes fist*

Its now been 3 weeks without access to e-cas. This whole Immigration department is a joke.

This immigration is totally unpredictable, They are considering that we are fool around here, and we have no vision and mission when we land to Canada.
Canada is in G8 Where information Technology is just a crap. no updates from a week.

Mine is not working either, its been about a week and half for us, very frusturating

We have the same problem, we called CIC and teh agent told us they are doing some changes to the website in general so it is not working at the moment, I asked for an aprox time to be fxed but they said no idea!

If you really need to check status of docs, I will recommend you to give them a call, in my case I wanted to see if they receive my SCQ since

I did receive mine on the mail, the guy told me they usually get it 2 or 3 weeks after ... So if you really need info give them a call, otherwise just wait for it to fix it, ther is really nothing we can do at this point
