another one working here after a little more than a week. I sent an email on Friday and got no reply but then today is working so I guess fixing it IS their reply :) . Here is template of what I sent (suggested by somebody else)....

Problem has existed since last Saturday. The screenshots attached were taken today (February 8th at approx pm).

where did you send it too? what is the address? i want to send too
 
Mine is not working since Feb 3. I called CIC on Friday and the lady laughed and said: "We knowww It is not you! It is us". Then she said just try again everyday we are working on it.
I also sent an email to the email address for website issues. They replied asking for some information. I just replied to that email. Lets see what happens :D

I was able to log into Ecas for the first ever today. I logged in as my husband and myself. Only my file showed anything about any application. My poor husband was blank :D
 
Ecas is working as of today. I was able to access it this morning :)
No changes in my status yet, but patiently waiting.

Yeah same here. Mine was blank but my husband actually showed that the file has been received. Also, I called the automated CIC number and used my UCI number and it told me that the file has been received. I believe they are still working on it. :D

It was funny to watch my husband to pretend to not be excited when I told him :D
 
some login progress has been made for us.

Sponsorship UCI lets me log in, however I am presented with a screen and a check box to remove my on-line access, and a submit button. It will not let you proceed without clicking the box, which is NOT going to happen.. So, stuck on that screen.

My wife's PR Application UCI still does not let me log in.
 
I finally was able to log into e-cas!! I had to use the file number not the UCI but it worked and we have a "Decision Made"!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
 
Congrats!!!

File / Application number does not work for us yet either.

Sad about it not working yet... don't forget that it is the other person's info for the file number as apposed to the UCI log-in
 
Sadly, even that does not work for me any longer. I used to be able to log in with all our numbers for both the Sponsorship and PR application.

This is a screenshot of what I get on ecas with my UCI. I pressed the submit already hence the red text.

Use Information i.e. Below than Logout... there 3 options... see any one u must atleat understand...??? Whats going on there...??? Its Help you from my best wishes...???
