Cannot upload IMM5708 form online, Visa extension

I cannot upload IMM5708 for visa extension.
It's telling me to upload original form, with validation and all that.
I did validate it and printed out to be hand signed on last page, then, I scanned into PDF to upload.
It wont accept the file because it's not original?
How am I supposed to sign the form?

I have same issue but not because of signing. You do not have to sign, just print your name
