Cannot sign on study permit application and IMM 5645e

I am planning to apply student via via online but I cannot sign digitally on the permit application and IMM564.
Is there anyone who faced this issue and fixed already? Would be great if you could share how to sign.

no need to sign it digitally as you just need to validate it on the last page

Thanks, but there is no validation button on Form 5645 like the study permit. Do I also leave it without signing?
