No. You can use the paid fee on a later date as well.

That worked beautifully. Formatting and everything else is correct etc. Buttons do not appear on printed form.

No, it does not matter. You can pay first and submit along with your application later.

Oh my god. The calculator tells you if your eligible to apply today.
 
Now I am going to wait for both - fixed forms and tomorrow's day. as I don't want to test my luck

It's not about testing your luck! It's based on having 1095 of eligible days before today. It's either the computer calculator says yes or no. No "luck".

If before today you have 1095 eligible days - you're good to apply. If you only have 1094, you're not!
