Cannot get hold of IRCC via phone, any suggestions?

Hi all,

I have been trying to call IRCC for the past few weeks. I tried 8 AM as some people suggested and late afternoon. I cannot get a hold of any IRCC agent and I always get this recorded message that talks about the situation in Afghanistan.
Has anyone been able to get a hold of them via phone? if yes, can you please let me know how?

8am is the worst time to call try calling between late morning and mid afternoon. also its very unlikely that they will have any information for you so dont expect much from the call

Try calling at 10:00 am (Central time) I called and spoke to an agent, who was NOT able to help me.
