Greetings! We were in the pool for EE and then applied for TR2PR. When we received ITA for EE under CEC, we didn't want to take someone else's place and wanted to withdraw our tr2pr application and we read that we could do it simply by requesting refund. We were refunded the tr2pr application fee and we made sure through webform that we wanted to withdraw our application and we were already refunded. so this is where things get messy: our PR application after our ITA was 'canceled as incomplete' because they didn't find our 11 yo daughter's birth certificate adequate and even though we submitted additional supporting doc through webform our reevaluation request was rejected.
In the meantime we were sent an email to link our tr2pr account to our ee profile and considering we could withdraw it for good in this way, we linked it. Now that our PR application is canceled and we are not in the pool anymore but we cannot go back to the pool again because the system sees the linked but already withdrawn tr2pr application in gckey, it doesn't allow us to withdraw it (nowhere to click to withdraw) and when we want to create another application, it doesn't show us CEC option anymore. We have no current application, cannot create a new one and cannot delete the already invalid and refunded tr2pr. we are already mad at the cancellation as incomplete thing and their insistence despite we immediately sent it via webform. our 11 yo daughter isn't even the principal applicant and in tr2pr they allowed ppl to send missing documents of even principal applicants. this is not fair. plus considering that we were in good faith and we withdrew our tr2pr when we received the ITA for the ee not to take someone else's place, this hurts more now. what can we do?
