Cannot create a profile in Job Bank

I received an email from CIC that I successfully met the criteria for the Express Entry pool except for registration.
I don't know why it says that I did not register because
I already registered using my email address, my express entry profile and my job seeker validation code. Also, when I log in, I
could not find any options to create a Profile. It only says "Coming Soon".

I'm now in a dead end in my Express entry application.

Is there a way to check if our job bank profile links to our EE number correctly.

Login to ur EE profile, it will show all the details

Did you see the job seeker validation code and express entry profile number on the same pdf letter that was sent to you? Or they came separately?

Province/Territory Nomination : No nomination at this time
Job Bank Registration : Accepted
Review of Minimum Entry Criteria : Met
ITA Status : No invitation at this time

After I submitted my EE profile, i got a pdf email with the jobbank link and job bank validation code. You need to use that and EE profile number to register with job bank.

Not sure how it works with the temporary sin#, as I dont have one.

I didn't. But I did receive 2 emails after I had registered at the job bank, saying my profile has been updated. Although nothing had been updated.
I just assumed a bug in their system, because I did not see any new emails in myCIC account.
