CanI get married On my tourist visa and apply For PM? Medical condition matters?

Hello everyone,
My fiancé and I are planning to get married next Summer in Canada.
I am an Argentinian citizenship, He is Canadian. I am holding a multiply tourist Visa for 10 years since 2014
I ve visited him and his family many times but never stay more than 30 days.
I am a diabetes patient under the use of insulin so it will be difficult for me to stay longer than 6 months without my medicines
Once we get married our goal is to live together there in Canada. Here is my question ... Can I get married when I am visiting him? After that...
Due to my Diabetic condition I will need to go back to Argentina at least twice a year for shorts periods (2 o 3 weeks) so I can have my meds and get the supplies I need to continue my treatment...
So Shall We will apply INLAND or OUTLAND Canada?
If we apply INLAND... Can I leave the country, and re enter Canada on my tourist Visa again while my PR is under process? Thanks for helping us. We know it will be a long process

Yes - you can apply after you get married on a tourist visa.

If you need to be able to leave Canada then you must apply outland. No - inland does not allow you to leave and re-enter the country.

Yes you can marry in Canada while on visitor visa. A lot of people do this.

Inland processing requires you to stay in Canada. You can leave for "vacation" but run the risk of being denied re-entry back into Canada. Once denied, your application will be void and rejected on account that you are no longer in Canada. Depending on what province you are moving to, health care qualification starts from day one to 3 months after AIP stage. You can apply for OWP while in Canada. Inland takes the longest time for PR.

Outland processing gives you better flexibility. You can leave Canada and enter Canada without any consequences on your PR application. If you got denied entry into Canada, your PR application is unaffected. You will not qualify for canada health coverage at all. You will also not qualify for OWP either. Outland tends to be much quicker than inland processing.

That is some of the pros and cons of the two processes. Research carefully and make an informed decision on which way you want to take.

As for your concern about your diabetes, sponsored spouses are exempted from excessive health care demand. So no worries there.

I will be leaving in Ontario. My fiancé is a government employee, so some co-worker of him told us I can apply to his medical plan after 3 months of being married....

I hope we can apply for this.

This is most likely wrong. The vast majority of work medical plans will only cover you once you have OHIP. If you apply inland, it will be 16-17 months before you qualify for OHIP. If you apply outland, you won't have OHIP until three months after you land and become a PR. You need to assume you won't be covered under your fiance's workplace medical plan. Even if you are, this medical plan will not cover emergencies or hospitalizations or doctors visits. It will only cover things that OHIP doesn't cover like dental check ups. You will need to purchase private medical insurance on your own to cover yourself until you have OHIP.

Unfortunately that is not true. His employees are obviously wrong. The 3 months wait applies to the 3 months after you land as PR (outland) or 3 months after AIP (inland). Almost all workplace insurance companies requires that the spouse be on OHIP before qualifying for spouse work benefits. I had to provide proof that my wife has OHIP before being allowed to extend my work benefits to my wife.

So according to your answer I won't be able to be under my fiancé 's medical work plan until I receive my PR
One more question... Can I apply Outland even if my marriage is celebrated in Canada?
