Yes if you have included her employment in the work history section.

If you're not claiming points for her work experience then do not add it in the work history section and once you receive your ITA add it in the personal history section. This way you will not be required to provide any reference letters. Remember that your spouses foreign work experience does not add any points to your application so it is better not to include it.
