Dont know what you mean by highest score is 460 but the minimum score for today's draw is 461 with/without PNP/LMIA.

Buddy let me explain a little bit.

Since the lowest score invited was 461. It simply means that 460 is the highest score as of this moment (not including PNP and LMIA people).

I heard that CIC will conduct 25 draws this year? If that is true and if they will follow that, it simply means that we are still 3 draws short in the remaining 3 weeks (3 fridays) this year!

So I am thinking that there will be 3 consecutive draws in the coming weeks?

If they have 3 more back to back draws then the score will definitely falls down to 430's.

That would a dream come true and the bext x-mas gift from CIC ever to be given to the applicants desperately waiting for an ITA.
