I knew it doesn't specify anywhere regarding LIMA ...
but think about the whole process of LIMA .. if you thoroughly look at LIMA process .. its hard for any employer to issue LIMA ....
The main reason behind introducing the LIMA is to not give entry to new immigrants
and it is proved agin with this new bill that they want to kick all the immigrants in general and Asian immigrants in particular...
If you know it's not about the LMIAs, then don't bring it up. It is not hard for employers to get LMIAs if their jobs actually need immigrants and can't find Canadians. I got 3 LMIAs for 3 different companies in less then 2 years. I know plenty of people who got them.
There is no proof what-so-ever that Canada is trying to kick out all immigrants in general. What they are trying to do is make sure the immigrants coming into Canada want to become Canadian and will integrate into society. So, if you have no job, don't have a unique or high skill set, can't speak the language, or aren't doing work that Canadian don't want to do, then they don't really have a need to have you here.
I have no problem with that. Any government has the duty to protect their citiznes and if they think immigrants are harming their society they have every right to curb it. It doesn't matter what you think or want. All that matters is what they think is good for their country.
