Hi everyone. Applied for my mother's supervisa application in a state of urgency 2 days ago. Resultantly, paid 3,000 dollars for a manulife supervisa insurance (which is cancellable in 10 days). I found out yesterday that had I gone through a broker, I would have been able to get the same insurance for 1,500 to 2,000 dollars.
I am WONDERING, if it is safe to cancel the policy I bought and then buy another one? I obviously won't risk this if the visa will be rejected because the policy I attached to the application is the one I would be cancelling.
Wondering if someone has any ideas or experiences here. Or I take the financial hit.
Thank you!
