cancelled visa? need help pls

to all seniors in this forum pls help

i'm just new here in canada under closed work permit, a canadian agency processed my papers overseas I decided to resign coz the job is really tough for me. I spoke to my employer about that and he contacted the agency and the agency then told me that they will cancel my work permit and visa. The agency is threatening me that they will send me home right away.

Under my contract I can file a notice a resignation a week before but my employer didn't accept it. I need advise pls.
