I did. I had my oatg for tomorrow at 10:15. Called IRCC around 8:30 and the agent confirmed everything is on track without any issues. Just 45 mins later, got the cancellation email...

It might be a scheduled email. Call IRCC again to clarify. Which office sent you the oath invite?

I have not got any mail yet I am scheduled from NIAGARA same time 10:15 AM for tomorrow.
