That's often the case. Why don't you cancel the visa and apply for a refund?

Or else contact your college and ask them.

If your visa was granted but you choose not to attend Fleming College, you are only eligible for a tuition refund if you apply within the first ten school days, per college policy: https://flemingcollege.ca/PDF/Inter...e-International-Student-Withdrawal-Policy.pdf

If you are applying to withdraw after the first ten days, you will get no refund. Fleming will only refund tuition in the manner it was paid. If your agent paid tuition for you, then the agent will receive the refund.

If your plan is to withdraw from college, retain your visa, and get your money back, you should know that Fleming College will report your withdrawal to IRCC and your visa will be cancelled, even if it is in your passport. Too many international students get a visa, enter Canada, and then withdraw, hoping to stay in the country illegally.

Just contact Fleming and ask for a refund and tell them you're not interested in studying in Canada anymore. They will send the money back to the source of payment, and will tell IRCC to cancel your visa. You don't need to go to the VFS center.

Who paid Fleming? You? Or your agent?
