Cancellation of Saudi Residence Visa

Hi Everyone,

I am almost ready to apply for Quebec immigration but i just had one concern. I am a resident of Saudi Arabia and i heard from some people and friends that after the approval of the immigration, the immigration officer can ask you to cancel your current residence visa for that country. Can anyone shed some light on this issue. I really do not want to cancel my Saudi Residence as i have my parents here and some share in a business as well for which i would like to keep visiting this place.

Can anyone please share their experience.

This is something you have to ask Saudi immigration.

Thanks for your reply. Saudi immigration does not have any problem with it as long as i am back in Saudi in the time frame that is alotted to me by my employer. It is the Canadian immigration law that is confusing me.
