Cancellation of representative

Hi Guys,

I just decided to cancel my third party today by sending the necessary imm form to cio, my question is; can i still get the copies of my AOR and MR from CIO/CIC? since my representative did not forward to me those correspondences from CIO/CIC for almost a month now!
It happened that my third party is my HR! I have a feeling that they just want to defer my application! And it makes me sad!
Also, Do you guys have any ideas how long will i receive response from CIO/CIC?

Any help will be appreciated!

u can see ecas portal -u can get ur MR PPR from there

Am not getting what you're saying, do you mean the status? I can access my ecas, but it only show me the when they receive my application and that's all.

they wud change it to inprocess and u wud get ur MR/PPR
further u can email to sidney office to make the change

I am on the same boat as you. I also want to cancel my representative but they have our AOR and MR. Were you able to go on with the process of cancelling your representative and request for the 2nd copy of the AOR and MR. How did it go? Hope you can help me out.
