Hi
I am a canadian resident and sponsored my wife in 2011 september which we married in Canada on her a visitors visa at that time, she went back to Armenia on 2012 and waiting for her sponsorship to be approved , it got approved and she passport was stamped with her permanent resident to Canada on June 2013,she then came to live in Canada in October 2013 and not lived with me for a day since she has been in Canada. She does not live in the same city as me either .Is there anything I can do to cancell the sponsorship and send her back to her country????
you can report her for fraud to CIC, explaining when she landed, where she lives, etc. but there are very few chances that CIC will do something about it. However, it will put a note on her file, and if she tries to sponsor another spouse (in 5 years, as for now as a sponsored spouse she can not sponsor anybody else), the notes will be on her file. As her file was received before the 25th October 2012 ( no matter when she landed), her PR is not conditional, so there is nothing you can do about it.
You are still responsible for her for the next 3 years financially, and if she goes on social assistance, the government will ask you to repay it.
Best you can do is "forget" about her, and try to rebuild your life with somebody who cares - but you can not deport her.
