Once a Cancel representative form is submitted and a new Representative is appointed, how to bring the files under the newly appointed representative.
Do we still need to link the applications using the answers to the questions ?
My old representative is unresponsive and not sharing the answers to the questions provided while submitting the applications and I am unable to link them.
Should I just raise a webform and see if this can be done? Or should I report the agent with a complaint? I really don't want to create any issues at the moment and just want to get done with the applications coming under the new representative.
Any insights here would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
