I sent in a request to extend my visitor visa a couple of weeks ago via mail, but had to leave the country for personal reasons last week. Wanting to go back now in a week or so. Is there a way to cancel the request before I get to the border? Does it matter? Id rather cancel it then it getting declined - which I think it will be since the ticket proof I sent isnt a valid ticket anymore.
Might add that when I left I was on implied status. Hoping to get another 6months as I am working towards a common law visa.
