Hi,

First, please don't create multiple threads for the same questions. Someone will respond to your queries.

1. What was the purpose of your intended visit? For how long?

2. What were the refusal reasons?

3. What was the purpose of your visits to Schengen countries + Australia i.e. for business or tourism?

4. Did you submit any other documents such as property ownership, office premises ownership/rent agreement, business registration documents, dependent family members, etc?

Cheers

I am sorry to hear that. I can understand your frustration. Looking at your travel history, bank balance & other economic ties.. your sounds a genuine visitor who wouldn't stay in Canada on TRV. Yes you are right, if you had to overstay somewhere then you wouldn't have returned from Australia & Switzerland. These are countries are on that list of countries where people usually intend to over stay or breach visitor visa conditions. Sometimes it's very hard to understand the mentality of visa officers who refuse visitor visa applications with no sense of judgement.

Speaking frankly, perhaps Canada has highest visa refusal rate on the list of developed countries.

By the way, what reasons has been given for your refusal?
