Cananada Applicants - 2012

Hi All,
I am planning to apply for Canada Immigration this year 92012) under RN (3152).
I have couple of questions, is any body there to answer me?
Quest 1. When (or from where) i know that RN 3152 is also in list for this year?
Quest 2 Can i apply directly without any Representative agent?
Quest 3. I have lot of Notary attested copies of certificates that i used last year, they send this documents back, so can i use these notary attested copies for this year also?
Quest 4. Where i can find the application forms and details?
Quest 5. Any to help fill forms?

1. There's no way of knowing until the list is published by CIC.
2. You can apply either with or without an agent.
3. I don't know.

5. If you want help filling out the forms then you should probably hire an agent.
