Well, you will have to apply for bridging visa at the same time. You should be fine!

You can apply if:

you applied for permanent residence
your current work permit expires in 4 months or less
you have valid status on your work permit
you are currently in Canada

Hey guys,

I'd like to clarify this question. I started to work in Canada on September 21, 2016. I created my profile, I now have 418 points. I know that on August 1, 2018, my points will increase to 447 because the system will count 2 years work experience and I will receive the ITA. Should I wait to submit my application(Considering the date I started to work) or I don't need to?

Thanks for your posting. I am facing the same situation here: My work started at 2016 Nov.21, the EE system increased my points to 444 on Oct. 1...then I got ITA at Oct. 15.

I am thinking of waiting until Nov 21 to get my 2 -year employment letter and then upload my documents.

Could you please share how's your applyment going? Does this way work?
