Canadian Wife/ Pakistani husband... QUESTIONS!

Hello to all,

I have a couple of questions. I would really appreciate if someone answered them rather than telling me to go to the CIC site. I already have done that. I just want to know what other people think and get to know about their experiences.

1) Is it true that Pakistani spousal sponsorship applications are now being processed at London Visa Office?
2) Is it true that it takes about 11 months (min) for the whole process?
3) Does it take more than that? If so, how many months (approx.)?
4) How many months later does your file get transferred to LVO after sending it off to Missisauga?

If any 2014/2015 applicants can share their time lines, it would be appreciated.

Hi

1. Yes.

2. I believe Pakistani apps are averaging around a year right now.

3. No one can say how long it will take.

4. It's currently taking about 3 months for Stage 1 approval at Mississauga.

11 month was UK time line that was also now 29 month,,,but now days average timeline for pakistani applicant is between 13 to 18 month
