I applied for visitor visa TRV online and got a "Eligibility Verification Request" in my CIC account (10 days back) which is similar to what you mentioned in your case. Can you please let me know how you resolved the issue in your case? Did you respond to the request or initiated a different application and how long it took to get the visa issued. I am in urgent need of canada visitor visa to attend US visa stamping appointment in Canada scheduled after 4 weeks from now. I don't see any help from any other sources on this and have to reply to your post. Appreciate your help !!
