Do i need to pay the university fee before filling the visa in embassy?
And is there any deadline like 1 Dec to apply for visa for january intake?

obviously u can apply for the university now but u cant apply for the visa before paying tuition fees for the university's first semester atleast....because it does not make a good impression infront of the visa officer....i hope this CLEARS your mind... 8)

I have conditional offer letter and i need time to clear these conditions. I talked with the univ and they said they can defer my application if i come up with genuine reason for deferment.
1 condition is esla course due to 5.5 in writing and 2 condition submission of degree.
