Canadian visa office in France

Please , I need information about Canadian embassy for family sponsorship office in Paris France. Where the sponsor send application for family.
I found two address which one is the right one?

Sponsors actually send their application to Mississauga (not Paris). Once Mississauga completes their review, the application is then forwarded to Paris by CIC. Updates to permanent residency applications that are being processed by the Paris VO are completed through the first address you listed.
