Canadian visa in USA for pakistani

if i go on visit to USA can i apply for a travel visa to canada from USA

Yes you can.... I am a Pakistani too currently in the US on a visit visa... I have applied for the Canadian visa and waiting on my case

Though if you r thinking applying from the US will take less time... i doubt it will.... I applied 50 days ago and till date i have no answer from them...not even emails.

You can apply in LA, Detriot, New York whichever one is closer to you...just incase u need to go down there.... If u are able to i suggest you do go the embassy and submit your application in person as the process is much faster.
