Canadian visa applications made prior to 2008 to be rejected ?????

Pls visit the website. News is posted on 30 March 2012 at CANADA VISA BEREAU. This is an independent immigration consultancy posting the news. Please do the verfication from other sources. Could be wrong but a KIND OF ALERT message if true.

It is clearly mentioned in the News Release posted on CIC yesterday that pre feb 2008 applicants (other that those who are currently in process) are to be returned to applicants along with refund of fees.

It is a very sad move for applicants who are waiting since more that 5 years (8-9 in many cases). The reason mentioned is that those applications are still not likely to get decision till 2017. (5 more years), which will make it difficult for them (suppose a person aged about 28 years at the time of application, will be of 38-40 years when his case reaches a decision).

True. Really frustrating. For some, may be heart breaking as they are waiting for good news for years which is ending up this way

Dear In my caips ,the total points were alloted and even ielts results have been varified online. also paper selection is passed and medical forms are ready to be issued with all the details. this means every thing has been done on my file but issuance of medicals were held due to new occupation list in action.I am also sure that VO has assessed my file upto the final stage and could have sent the medicals but it was not. The things will be clear in coming few days with lot of clarifications coming from consultants, experts ,media and cic itself.
