hi guys please i wish to know if one is granted the study , one can travel before school begins?

Yes - you can travel before school begins. But note that you cannot start working until you begin classes. So you need to make sure you bring enough additional money to support yourself for the period before your studies begin.

please do elaborate how you one can approach the study permit perfectly.I was admitted last year with a 5000 dollar scholarship from bishops university quebec. but i deferred to september 2018 to raise funds before going.i just applied for caq and will soon be given but am kinda scared about this study permit issues cus i have seen my friends being refused so i dont really now.please could you advise me on what to do?I am in cameroon
