I am from Lahore, Pakistan.

I applied for study permit on 25th June, 2019, yesterday i got my refusal. I am planning to take sept session.
I have already submitted one year tuition fees and added additional amount in my university account (18,000$ CAD). My father showed a bank statement of 32,000 $ CAD.

In Feb, 2019 I graduated in BSc Chemical Engg, applied for Diploma Energy Asset management program 2 years sept class. i had been unemployed during these 6 months.

My refusal had three main reasons
1. I wont return after completion, based on my purpose of visit.
2. I wont return after completion, based on my current employment status.
3. I wont return after completion, based on my personal assets and financial status.

Guide me on how should i clear these objections to reapply for visa...

You need to change your program before you reapply. It makes absolutely no sense for you to be coming to Canada to take a diploma if you already have a BSc. You need to either be taking a post graduate diploma or a masters.

Change it to post graduate and put fund in your personal acc and justify it as your savings from ur former work.
