The only thing i used a consultant was to assess my file if things were in ordr and thts all and got my forms checkd if i had filled thm correctly. hume school ki taraf se ye consultancy service mili thi to y not use it lol just to check

I got 95 on toefl and 7 on IELTS, but they are not asking for english language proficiency. Should I include the result sheet with my docs anyway? I can do the process on my own but have hired a random consultant (taking 20k) just for peace of mind, so that I don't miss anything out. Plus I can't show money in my own account, but parents account, parents property etc, sponsorship letter, affidavit btw me and the sponsor. Also I am the only son, is that proof enough that its like my money anyway? i don't want to get rejected for a stupid reason like "you dont have enough funds"

Also M.R has sent 50+ students from my school CCI islamabad alone to foreiegn UNIS yaar they are reliable and safe and much cheaper aswell. Almas is just well too expensive etc

bro dont go to any consultant..apply yourself...if u need any help ask here or join this group on facebook

these consultants will tell you to take all documents..they will not tell u any shortcut

boht pyari batain karte hain ap sab! Baat kuch aisi hai keh will it be ok if I show 2 bank statements of different accounts (accounts are of same person) along with property documents as a financial proof? And if I show my company's documents in which I am a director as a proof of strong ties (that I will return after completion of studies)?

What do you people suggest?

you can show as many bank accounts as you want. I showed 3 accounts for my father. But don't forget to attach an account maintenence certfcte

THank you! as I will be showing 2 accounts; 1 maintained in USD and one in PKR both make up around 40 lacs and the total estimate for my complete fee and 1 year expense is around 35 k CAD.
