Canadian Study Permit from Pakistan

Hi all,
I am new to the forum and need URGENT help. I applied to Waterloo's Chemical engineering program and got admitted. However, since they did not have funding available for the next term they asked me if I can arrange my own fee etc. My parents have enough money to show and give but the university wanted a "company" to show sponsorship as it was a research program.
I asked my uncle who has a petrochemical procurement company in Texas, where I have been working for 6 months(its outsourced office in pakistan), to show sponsorship and he and Waterloo both agreed that my uncle's company can show sponsorship. Note that this company does not have a regular sponsorship program or anything, but since i am his nephew he agreed to fund me.
Now I got acceptance and I really don't want to lose this chance because of any glitches in the visa process. First of all, what documents should i show as Financial Proof? My parents bank account and sponsor letter from my uncle? Would that be sufficient? Should I mention that this company is owned by my uncle?
please reply and help me out, I have just one week to arrange everything.

Show property, bank statements, sponshorsip letter, wealth statement, pay slips, employment letter of sponsor if applicable

Ok thanks a lot, is there a good consultant that I can go to in karachi? someone who will charge withink 30-40k PKR? Also the bank account has 46000$ is that enough? plus we have a house and a car should I put in the property papers for that? Thanks a lot for your help brother!

46k$ is enuf i think if it fits the formula 1 year tuition+living+travel. Get property papers of your house in english by a stamp paper guy guy, its called a sale deed. no need to show car. i dnt knw abt karachi but i know M.R consultants who have handled 100+ canadian study permits and not a single rejection till now. thy are in Lahore though

I know I am pushing it but IA hopefully will get the visa in time. Also is it good to get medical test done from before or when they ask once the application is submitted?

Get medical test done when they ask you to. M.R consultants are top in apksiatn and charge 20k rupees for visa filing i did my process through them gr8 professional people. Here is there website http://www.mrconsultants.org/index.php

Ok one last question please? Should I select the option "I will work off campus" when I apply? or will that reduce chances of visa? I heard you can get the work permit for off campus even after you are there in Canada.

Bhai never ever say i will work off campus when applying for study permit not even give hint of this to visa officer it will be straight refusal yaar. you cn do that later wen u get to canada i seriously advise you contact M.R consultants and ask them your Queries.
