congrats first of all on your admission.. I am a prospective student too of U or M for the Sept 2019 intake

You need to write a good SOP showing a strong home ties you have to your country

Its advisable to mention any property your father have, and also mention yours also if there is any

Talk about your post secondary gaps(work experience, any important activities, furthered schooling etc)

When submitting your father's BS, it is wise to submit yours also with certain reasonable funds in it(to show you can takecare of yourself in Canada without working... this is very important when you have a study gap)

..always talk about how important your home country is to you after your studies and also mention it in a convincing way that you will be returning back to your country

Check CIC website for the checklist(documents you need to submit) or you can Google(it will guide you) for further useful info

Which country you applying from? and hope this helps

yes, SOP(Statement of Purpose) is written to help the VO know you better(your intentions about studying in Canada, valuable information about you, and other relevant details)

LOE is written in support of SOP to explain certain relevant issues that must be noted by the VO( especially if you have a complicated case)

..but if not, SOP/LOE can be written together
