My advisor tells me that i can submit visa up ill the 6th of December is this true.?

Im waiting for GIC and she tells me that dont worry u have time untill the 6th. And sir can i attach the swift copy/ receipt i get after i paid the 10k cad to GIC instead of the Cirtificate? IM still waiting for my Certificate and i think i wont get it before 29th of November.

Below are the list of financial documents i am going to submit.Please tel me if this is enough or more documents are needed.



1.Education loan sanction letter covering my entire studies 18lakhs(It would be great to get insights on what all details should be given in this sanction letter) and also i could not pay the first sem fee coz it is already late and still university has not given me access to pay as i got the acceptance only on last tuesday)
2.Parents IT returns for the past 2 financial years plus pan card copy.
3.Fathers saving account which has 10 lakhs now (the problem is in august he has around 2 lakhs,and at the end of august he has around only 5k later in september beginning till now he has maintained 9.5 lakhs)
4.Fathers experience letter and salary account 4 months statement.(9lakhs income/year )
5.Affidavit of sponsorship from parents.
6. property valuation report from chartered engineer
7. CA Report with all possible assets.

My documents

1.Photocopy of all marks cards and certificates attested from gusseted officer.
2.Photocopy of university acceptance letter.
3.3 months salary statement plus offer letter.(form 16 for 2 years is needed or only 3 months salary n offer letter will do??)
4.Toefl score (93) report photocopy attested by gusseted officer.
5.Emedical report

Is an SOP needed? because many people advise me not to attach an SOP or resume with your application.

Please let me know if all these documents are fine.I would like to apply for visa on 27th or 28th.

All documents are ready and only first sem fee is not payed or shoudl i wait until i pay the fee and apply after december 1st??

u must submit English Translated copies of original document who are in your native language... this is the strict advice of CIC under visa system.

anyone who is proficient in English can do this job of translation... ur known, ur friend, anyone... but at last you have get attested the english translated copies from notary with stamp " PUNJABI TO ENGLISH TRANSLATION" ,, notary will stamp this.

1. if u are applying under SPP, SOP is not mandatory ,,,
2. 1 yr. advance Fee payment is highly recommended... u can wire transfer fee in coll. a/c and within second u will get the soft copy of payment proof in ur email a/c mentioned while transferring the payment. and u can attach that proof with ur application...
3. its highly recommended that u should submit ur application till 1st Dec.. because Christmas holidays will start soon and embassy and consulate here in India work according to CIC norms.
4. not need of Resume under SPP app.
5. if u hav ur ITR,, u can attach it.
6. proof of ur work exp. (appointment letter, exp. letter, pay slips of 3 month min., ITR, salary A/c Statement and whole passbook photocopy)

YES YOU CAN SUBMIT THE SWIFT COPY.

i have give registry for translation,and few days ago i was having 13lacs in bank acc. Bt nw thrs only 18000rs so should i give bank statement or nt?

Student Visa got Rejected Twice this time year.
10th :59% (2006)
12th : 62% (2009) NON MEDICAL (two year gap between 10th and 12th,, as i dropped in 12th)
B.tech (Information Technology): 66.6% (no backlogs)
Applied for Post Degree Diploma in Information and Communication technology.
IELTS: 6.5 bands (L:6.5, W:7 R:6.5, S:6.0)

BOTH THE TIME THE REASON IS: YOUR PROPOSED STUDIES ARE NOT REASONABLE IN LIGHT OF PAST STUDIES, ACADEMIC SCORES AND LANGUAGE ABILITIES.

Is this because i scored less marks in English during 10th (38 marks) and 12th (49marks) and because of gap in 10th and 12th or because of less marks??
i got refusal twice this semester. 1st got rejection under spp then applied again and rejection under general also..

both the time,,, same reason.... YOUR PROPOSED STUDIES ARE NOT REASONABLE IN LIGHT OF PAST STUDIES, ACADEMIC SCORES AND LANGUAGE ABILITIES.


Does this mean that i will never get visa??
or is there any chance of getting visa next time?

absolutely No problem...

u don't have a gap... u were working and if u have evidence of work experience then no problem at all...

what u need to do is...

. make strong SOP and put every info in this and tell VO that after +2 due to financial conditions u were forced to do job and now u r serious about ur future and interested to polish your career, skills and knowledge.

your profile is strong ,,

just take some pain over SOP, Financial proofs, GIC @ CAD $ 10,000 and/or Education Loan of @ CAD $ 10,000, 1 year Tuition fee paid in advance (highly recommended)/ 1 semester fee,

Hello Sir,

Let me tell you that u are doing a great job.. you are acting like savior in the sea of doubts and confusions.
This visa filing process is so tricky especially for SPP category. First they give a checklist and say not to attach any other document apart from those mentioned..nd then they reject ur case due to deficiency of some stupid document..
I am unlucky that I read ur post after visa filing...i filed my case under spp category today..Although i mentioned my parent's income but my consultant told me not to attach any ITRs+salary slips+form 16...So i filed the case without that....IS THAT A BIG PROBLEM...can anything be done now???

i have not received conformation mail from scotia bank till now i have applied for account on 30 sep

regarding ur GIC my strong advice is to talk Scotia bank representative who will assist you in your local language.. they are appointed such representative...

there is not profit to send any email to scotia bank as this is rush hours and they are having very busy schedule... u can buy avail reduced call pack in ur country if from pakistan/india to call for canada.. best and efficient way,,, calling will become very cheap this way..

now you will apply under UNIVERSITY APPLICATION STREAM...

under this you have to attach the following documents/ proofs with ur file for Canadian student visa..

put the University checklist at the top of file for Canadian student visa and can be downloaded from www. cic.gc.ca , if candidate is from India then can be downloaded from www.vfs-canada.co.in

following documents are required in this serial way..

1. University Check list
2. Student Visa Application Form
3. Family Information form & Student Questionnaire (only for Indian natives)
4. original valid passport
5. Letter of acceptance from Coll./ Uni
6. use of Representative Form (if hired a representative/ consultant to facilitate you for visa)
7. IELTS Score card
8. Photocopies of all academic documents (10th, 12th, Diplomas,degrees, etc..)
9. E- Medical
10. GIC @ CAD $ 10,000/ Education Loan of the same amount
11. evidence of Tuition Fee payment of 1 year / 1 semester ,, attach Fee Receipt received from Uni/ Coll
12. Work Experience Evidence (Appointment Letter , Experience Letter, Service Certificate, Pay Slip of 3 month- Latest, ITR Form-16 +PAN CARD Copy+ Salary A/c Statement)

OPTIONAL: (not mandatory) but can make your file strong...

13. if you have cash in A/c (your, parents) ,,, try to show as it will make your file strong otherwise not mandatory.
14. 'Statement of Purpose (SOP)' or 'Statement of Intention' from your side.
15. Letter of Sponsorship from your Parents side, signed and notarized
16. for A/c Cash (A/c statement + Passbook photocopy)

regarding GIC you should take rush cation and talk to Scotia Bank directly...
