Canadian spouse police certificate ?

My wife became Canadian citizen long time ago so in my application I indicated that she "is not" coming with me since she is already a Canadian, but Express Entry system (the automatically generated personalized document list) still asks for police certificate from her.

I am very confused, does she still have to get police certificate from the country where she was born?

add in a letter of explanation that she's Canadian and a copy of her passport. she doesn't need to get a police cert or medical.
