Hello everyone
Thanks for reading my post, i hope everyone having a good day :) :)
I just need a little bit help for my inland Canadian spousal application, i came to Canada as a student in may 2010, i finished my 2 years diploma in 2012 and i got my post graduate work permit till jun 2015, in this time i worked for three years as a shift supervisor for manufacturing company, i was not able to applied for cec that time because i was travelling around back and forth to India because my family problems.
my work permit expired last year in jun 2015 and i applied for visitor visa and i have visitor visa till oct 2016.
now i have two options , first i am looking to apply for express entry under cec category , i have 405 points in total and i am looking for new employer who can help me getting new work permit and lmo. i calculated my points with online tool
second i have Canadian citizen girlfriend and we live together, we been dating since last year , so we are thinking to get married , she is few years older than me but i dont think that would be a problem , our relationship is genuine and we have all the papers and proofs of our trips, photos our phone bills ,accounts etc .
Now if i apply for my inland application i will get my work permit in 3-4 months , on other hand if i find employer i need to get lmo and then all paper work other stuff .
i am just wondering if any of you guys been in this situation and whats the best deal.
Getting married or look for employer and get LMO
I appreciated your guys help
Have a great day
sam

i have express entry uploaded at 452 points and doing in land sponsorship with my Canadian bf at the same time. We are doing it under common law partnership, not married.

Thanks alot , I am doing inland application as well however I am getting married
I wish you best of luck for your application
Let's stay in touch in this process:)
:)

I would find the employee who is willing to sponsor you. not easy though.

one concern would be timing on your relationship.

you have stayed in Canada for long and changed status after PGWP expired and did not look for employee etc.

and would apply for sponsorship as married couple around time your visitor visa is expired.

even though you have enough proof for your relationship, you should explain wall about development of your relationship.

Thanks floomy
Yes I am looking for employer at the moment but as you already know it's really hard and every person you ask either they want you to pay for lmo etc,my gf works for employment Ontario and we have contacted so many employers but again when it comes to lmo no one agrees to pay for it
Its been year since we dating and live together so we have figured that's the best way to do it and it's less expensive
