He goes back and forth for 7 years since we've been married. It always depends on the person at the border when he crosses as to long he can stay. Last time it was 2 1\2 months expiring tomorrow at midnight.

He needs to apply to extend his visitor status if he wants to stay.

Application was sent to LA for processing May 3/18 Sent away for the notes May 28 Cheque for $5. was cashed June 29 Still have not received the notes. Application was received Sept. 3/17 so almost a year.

Based on your previous posts, you had several requests for more information. What were they for? This is almost certainly what's leading to the longer processing times.

The posts were mostly me asking for general info.Now I am wondering why it is taking this long for the notes? People said when they cash your cheque they then mail your notes

You can contact them about the delay of the notes.

There is a conviction for vehicular homicide 40+ years ago, so that's my guess for the delay.

All of those were for schedule A We had so much problems trying to attach it and send it. Then they were missing pages, then 1 question was wrong Finally got it complete.
