Dear All,
I am starting this thread for all those people who have landed in Canada, and started their Masters program, with or without “Canada Student Loans and Grants”.
I am a recently landed immigrant and came back to Qatar after successful Landing procedures. I am planning to finally shift n Ontario or Saskatchewan or any other Place where I can start my Master Degree program. Please share your experiences if you have already started Master Degree program (any format AND any place AND any field).
Being very specific, I have few very basic questions to ask:
[size=11pt]
1. Which province is best for the student Loans and grants?
2. Talking about the Universities in Canada how much you rate the standards of university of Saskatchewan and University of Regina? Where 1 is the least and 10 is the highest.
3. If I take the Canada Student Loans and Grants, do you think this will affect my future plans to call my brothers (with and without families) and mother on family visa, or using Saskatchewan PNP program or any other PNP program.
4. Do you think paying the Tution fees all at once through my own pocket may benefit me in any case? Of course I do understand that the Paying all by my own will save me from paying Interest.
5. Canada Student Loans and Grants need to get applied before the University acceptance or after the University give acceptance letter to the perspective candidate?
I would like to chat (Phone call) to someone who has already applied Canada Student Loans and Grants. I am sure I will not bother you a lot and will not talk much of your time. If you can please send me your phone no and I will make a call using my Canadian Phone.
I am desperately waiting for your valuable comments.
Kind Regards
