Hello all,
My canada visa was rejected twice.
1. visitor visa that i applied from USA where i was staying as visitor (I am from India)
2. student visa (DUE TO FRAUD AGENTS)

Now i dont have refusal reason for student visa as the agents are reluctant to provide the application no. or UCI or file no. I dont have anything. should i apply for canada again or not?

You should apply for GCMS notes to get the exact refusal reasons. But this will take more than 1 month to process.

I dont have application no. or UCI and i believe GCMS would require that for processing. Can i do it without those Numbers?

You have to get your UCI and application number if you want to apply for GCMS. Why do your agent doesn't want to give the refusal letter to you?

they did. but the rejection letter says that the information regarding the refusal is sent to you by email and the agents were fraud. they provided their email to the embassy and now they are saying they didnt receive any mail from embassy

Report and write very bad review on Google and warn everyone.

Did you at least link your application to CIC account? If you did, you could get those numbers online.

seriously mate!!! go PUNCH the s*** outta that b*****!!!

i tried linking but nothing worked....the agents had mala fide intentions from the beginning itself. I don't know why they did this

Well, you have to be very assertive and demand your document/UCI numbers.

IDP consultants says that they can file my application and explain my "fraudulent case" to the embassy in the SOP. SHOULD I GO FOR IT?
Absolutely! I have been with IDP since 2008. They are very reliable and professional. Don't think, just do it!

If your application has fraudulent information on it, CIC must have issued a procedural fairness letter to you which you had 30 days to prove that your documents are genuine. If not, they will find you misrepresentation which is a 5 years banned from entering Canada.

Having IDP send a letter doesn't help because OP signed all forms which said all information is true which CIC all cares about.

I suggest you get all the refusal letters from your old agents to see what are the refusals are.

That sounds very strange to me. I can be wrong here but in my 8 years of experience with CIC, I have never seen a refusal letter that says check the details in your email. You should call CIC and check the authenticity of the rejection letter. Any message or email or letter they send atleast contains your application number if not UCI.

Oh wait a minute, when you applied for your visitor visa, they must have sent you a refusal letter for that application or an email to notify you about the decision. That particular document will have your UCI number and your UCI number stays the same for rest of your life. (On side note, UCI is unique ID given by CIC to an applicant - so only valid/useful for canada immigration applications).

So, find your UCI number from your old visitor application file. Then call the CIC call centre and provide all other personal details of yours - ask about your recent application. Explain them the situation. If one representative doesn't give the details, call again. Someone will be able to help you atleast. Don't lose hope. You can always try to present your case.

@Wonderland_1010 have mentioned about the 5 years ban and the fairness letter. Yes, if they end up finding the misrepresentation then it is not good for you. In your case, I suspect you didn't mention about your visitor visa refusal in your student permit application. Did you ? If you didn't, then my next question is - was it you who forgot to provide this piece of information to your agent ? Or you did provide them but they never entered it in your study permit application? If you never mentioned it, then you are at fault. I don't know how it happens in India like how many days they give you to present your case but my dad just got 10 days to explain his misrepresentation - he applied from Italy.
