Hi Everyone!!

I have an ACCA qualification and on that basis I am eligible for reciprocal Canadian CPA membership. I know it's membership and not a degree but still I was curious whether I will be allowed to claim Canadian education under CRS.

Thanks

No - you won’t. You must physically study in Canada to claim this.

Hello all,

My point is 76 out of 100. I just applied for FSWP. How often they draw under this program ? and what is the chance of getting ITA under this programme with 76 points?

Please advice.

It's a two step process.

1. You need to qualify for FSW by getting at least 67/100 points - you will qualify as you have 76/100
2. You need to enter the Express Entry pool where you will be given CRS points, which are distinct from the FSW qualifying points. This is a maximum of 1200 points, and most people in the FSW class will get between 400 - 500 points depending on various factors.

If your CRS score is above 450, you have a very good chance of getting an ITA in the next few draws. There's usually a draw every 2-3 weeks.

Fill out your EE profile and get your CRS score.

Hi,

Actually I am confused between CRS points and FSW points. My CRS score is 397 but my FSW score is 76 .

As you said I am qualifying for FSWP, is that mean I can receive ITA under FSWP ? On the other hand my CRS is very less than 451 so what are the chances?

Thank you for your time.

Yes, your chances are very low. You qualify for the FSW class, but your CRS points are not good enough to get an ITA.

You need to figure out if you can get your score up. Have you maxed your IELTS? How old are you?

If your score is lower than 420 the chances of getting an ITA are practically zero.

You can also look at the various Provincial Nominee Programs to see if you qualify for those.
