Hi, a PR needing a B1/B2 visa to visit the US here. I have a question which I can't find the answer for anywhere
I have a solo trip to the US next week via air, in which I'll be issued an I-94 right? Less than 30 days after, I'll be crossing the land border along with my family, who'll need to apply for I-94 ahead of the trip (which costs $6 each).
The question is, do I need to re-apply for I-94 (and pay again)? Since I'll be "traveling" to Canada in between the US entries, I think it belongs to the automatic revalidation case, but it doesn't say anything about being Canadian resident.
Anyone with such experience?
